Integrity
Be honest, communicate clearly and do what is right—even when no one is watching.
EST. 2026Local roots. Modern technology. Work done right.
Agricultural rootsI grew up on our family farm, where hard work, changing weather and the responsibility of caring for land and equipment were simply part of everyday life. Agriculture taught me that trust is earned, preparation matters and the job is not finished until it is done right.
The farm was sold while I was a junior in high school. Although agriculture was no longer part of my daily work, the connection to farming—and the values it instilled—never left me.
I became an EMT in 2001 and began what has grown into a career of more than 25 years in healthcare and emergency services.
My career eventually brought me into air medical transport. I became a flight nurse in 2016 and moved into air-medical leadership in 2020, combining patient care, aviation and operational responsibility.
Emergency services and aviation demand calm decision-making, precise planning, clear communication and respect for risk. Those lessons shape the way Randall Aerial Ag is being built and the standard we intend to bring to every operation.
This business is a return to agriculture through aviation—using modern technology to provide a practical service to the farmers and communities that helped shape me.
Preparation & leadershipUse agricultural drone technology to provide precise, efficient, and dependable aerial application services while treating every customer and every acre with the respect they deserve.

Be honest, communicate clearly and do what is right—even when no one is watching.
Show up prepared, work hard, follow through and finish the job the right way.
Plan carefully, apply accurately and treat every acre as if it were our own.
Use modern technology to make the most of each application window while reducing unnecessary time, passes and crop disturbance.
Protect people, property, crops and neighboring fields through disciplined planning and responsible operation.
Stay invested in the people, organizations and traditions that keep rural communities strong.
Keep faith and family at the center, and build something whose value reaches beyond a single season.
Randall Aerial Ag is intended to be more than a service provider. It should be a business that participates, contributes and remains connected to the people it serves.
That means supporting the programs and organizations that help rural communities grow—4-H and FFA, youth athletics, agricultural organizations, local events and the volunteers who make them possible.

Randall Aerial Ag is also an opportunity to build something meaningful alongside my sons. I want them to see what it takes to create something from the ground up: work hard, keep learning, accept responsibility and serve people well.
The goal is not simply to build a business. It is to build a reputation, contribute to our community and create something worth carrying forward.
Treat people fairly. Respect their property. Protect their crops. Support our community. Do the work safely. And do the job right—even when no one is watching.
